A start
Tried a lot of things on uno.monster. None of them counted. Turns out the one thing I actually wanted to keep was writing.
Tried a lot of things on uno.monster.
Tools, communities, AI experiments — over a dozen modules shipped. I still remember every name. None of them was the one I woke up wanting to open.
Turns out I only love one thing: writing.
The fuzz in my head, the rakes I’ve stepped on, the stack of papers I’ve just finished reading — they only collapse into a single line when I actually write them out. None of those modules can substitute for that. They’re tools. They aren’t the output.
So they all got cut. What’s left is this.
Going forward this is where the AI and agent notes go, the indie engineering perspective, and the occasional essay. Chinese and English run in parallel, but each side gets its own pass.
No schedule. When there’s something to write, I write it.
Starting from this post.
